Shipping costs vary depending on the shipping destination and the number of items that you purchase. Here’s how we break down our shipping prices:

Domestic (US):

• Currently we are offering flat rate shipping of $4.99 for an order value up to $49.99 
• Free shipping for orders of $50 and above

International:

• Currently we are offering flat rate shipping of $8.99 for an order value up to $34.99 
• Currently we are offering flat rate shipping of $9.99 for an order value between $35 - $49.99 
• Currently we are offering flat rate shipping of $10.99 for an order value between $50 - $99.99 
• Currently we are offering flat rate shipping of $10.99 for an order value between $100 - $199.99 
• and further tiers shown on the checkout page

Your product is currently produced and shipped from the USA. Once you place your order, it is processed within 24 hours each and every business day Monday through Friday (excluding holidays).

Since your product is custom made, it will typically take about 2-3 business days to ship. After that, and depending on your location, it will arrive anywhere from a couple of days to about a week once shipped. 

This is why we estimate a range of 5-10 business days for domestic orders.

Your product is currently produced and shipped from the USA. Once you place your order, it is processed within 24 hours each and every business day Monday through Friday (excluding holidays).

Since your product is custom made, it will typically take about 2-3 business days to ship. After that, and depending on your location, it will usually arrive anywhere from a couple of weeks to sometimes 4 weeks.

This is why we estimate a range of 2 -4 weeks  for international orders.

If your order didn't make it within the estimated time range, we urge you to give it another day or 2 because we don't have control of the shipping process, delays, bad weather, holidays and other common delays.

NOTE: If you change or cancel your order after production has started, we will not be able to offer a refund as each item is custom produced.

Upon receipt of your order, if there is an issue with print quality, or you received an incorrect item (one you did not order), you will be sent a replacement free of charge by calling:

NOTE: If you ordered an item of clothing and upon receipt it does not fit, or you would have preferred another color, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange, as each item is custom produced. *Please use size chart prior to placing your order to ensure proper sizing (if you're not sure on size, best to choose a bit bigger than smaller), and choose your colors carefully to ensure you're happy with your choice upon receipt.

Do you have an idea for a design? If so, please submit your idea to priority_support@ijustlovemusic.com and we'll have our designers draw something up based on your idea and possibly add it to our store!

If you're a designer and would like to create a fitting design, we'd love to see it! Please submit your design to priority_support@ijustlovemusic.com. If we decide to include the design in our store, we'll let you know!

We don't currently make custom designs because the process is a bit lengthy. 

We would, however, love to hear from you if you have any design ideas and if we feel it fits the theme of our store we'll have our designers draw something up and possibly add it to our store!

Our top navigation menu is organized per specific item versus per specific design. However, you still can search a particular design to see all the items it comes on by going to the Search box in the upper right corner and typing in the beginning part of the design name and clicking enter. Simply scroll down the list from there!
