Your product is currently produced and shipped from the USA. Once you place your order, it is processed within 24 hours each and every business day Monday through Friday (excluding holidays).

Since your product is custom made, it will typically take about 2-3 business days to ship. After that, and depending on your location, it will arrive anywhere from a couple of days to about a week once shipped. 

This is why we estimate a range of 5-10 business days for domestic orders.

This is why we estimate a range of 2 -4 weeks  for international orders.

If your order didn't make it within the estimated time range, we urge you to give it another day or 2 because we don't have control of the shipping process, delays, bad weather, holidays and other common delays.

Do you have an idea for a design? If so, please submit your idea to priority_support@ijustlovemusic.com and we'll have our designers draw something up based on your idea and possibly add it to our store!

If you're a designer and would like to create a fitting design, we'd love to see it! Please submit your design to priority_support@ijustlovemusic.com. If we decide to include the design in our store, we'll let you know!

We don't currently make custom designs because the process is a bit lengthy. 

We would, however, love to hear from you if you have any design ideas and if we feel it fits the theme of our store we'll have our designers draw something up and possibly add it to our store!
